What is Naari Deals?
Naari Deals brings women's fashion and beauty together in one place: discounted deals from online stores, and local businesses — boutiques, salons, nail studios, wedding and event services — you can browse, follow, message and book.
Does it cost anything to use?
No. Browsing deals, following businesses, saving deals, sending messages and booking appointments are all free for shoppers.
Do I pay Naari Deals when I buy something?
No. Naari Deals never takes your payment and never takes a cut of what you spend. You pay the store or the business directly, on their own site or in person.
Where do the deals come from?
Two places: online retailers, whose current prices and discounts we pull in automatically, and local businesses that register with us and post their own offers.
Do I need an account?
You can browse and search without one. An account is needed for the things tied to you: saving deals, following a business, messaging, booking appointments and getting alerts.
How do I save a deal for later?
Tap the heart on any deal. Saved deals live under Saved Deals in your account, and stay there until you remove them or the deal expires.
How do I find businesses near me?
Set your city from the selector at the top of any page. Businesses and local deals are then filtered to that city, and you can browse them under Businesses.
What does following a business do?
You get told when that business posts a new offer or runs a sale. If you want to stay a follower but stop the alerts, mute them from the same Follow button — a mute overrides every other reason we might message you.
How do I book an appointment?
On a business page, pick a service and open its available times. Choose a slot and send the request; the business confirms it, and you can track it under your appointments.
How do discount codes work?
Some businesses publish a code you use in the shop rather than online. Show the code at the counter and the business redeems it against your purchase. Codes can carry an expiry or a limit on how many times they can be used.
Can I ask a business for something I cannot find?
Yes. Raise a request describing what you are after and businesses can respond to it. Your requests and their replies are kept together in your account.
Can I message a business directly?
Yes. Business pages have a message option, and the whole conversation stays in your inbox so you can pick it back up later.
Why do I only see deals for one country?
Each Naari Deals site serves one country, so prices, availability and delivery are relevant to where you are. The other country has its own address.
How do I stop getting notifications?
Mute an individual business from its Follow button, or turn categories of alert off in your notification settings. Muting always wins over any other reason a business might have to reach you.
How do I get my business listed?
Apply through Become a Vendor with your business details. Applications are reviewed by our team, and once approved you get a business page and access to the merchant area.
What happens after I apply?
An admin reviews the application. Until it is approved your business is not public. You will be told the outcome, and once approved you can complete your profile and start posting.
Does Naari Deals take a commission on my sales?
No. We never sit between you and your customer — shoppers pay you directly, in your shop or through your own checkout. We do not process or hold your money.
What can I do once I am approved?
Post deals, run sale campaigns, publish discount codes, list your services and take appointment bookings, reply to customer messages, and see the reviews customers leave.
How do I post a deal?
Use Post a Deal in the merchant area: title, price and the discounted price, images, and the category it belongs in. It appears on your business page and in the deal listings for your city.
Can I change a deal that is already live?
Yes. Edits to a published deal are submitted as a revision and reviewed before they take effect. Your live deal keeps running untouched in the meantime, and if a revision is turned down you get the reason.
What is a campaign?
A campaign announces a sale or an offer over a window you choose. Save it as a draft, schedule it, or publish it immediately, and it reaches the people who follow you or have browsed your shop — minus anyone who has muted you.
How do discount codes work for my shop?
Create a code with an optional expiry, a total redemption limit and a per-shopper limit. A customer shows it at the counter and you redeem it from your Discount Codes page, which refuses codes that are expired, exhausted or already used by that shopper.
Can customers book appointments with me?
Yes. List your services with a duration and price, set the hours you work, and customers can request a slot from your business page. Requests come to you to confirm.
How do customers contact me?
Through Customer Messages in the merchant area. Conversations started from your business page land there and stay threaded, so nothing gets lost between visits.
Who sees what I post?
Anyone browsing your city sees your deals and your business page. Campaign alerts go to people with a relationship to your shop — followers, and shoppers who have engaged with it — rather than to everyone on the platform.
Where do I see customer reviews?
Reviews left on your business appear on your page and are collected under Reviews in the merchant area.
