Using Your Dashboard

Open My Requests

Welcome / Overview

NaariDeals helps you discover offers, keep track of favorites, and manage support or business workflows from one user dashboard.

  • Browse deals and business pages to discover offers, boutiques, services, and local brands.
  • Save deals so you can compare offers or return to them before they expire.
  • Submit general requests for support, deal requests, feature ideas, upgrade help, reports, or other questions.
  • Track business/vendor requests such as access, profile updates, verification, and additional stores.
  • Manage your profile and account details so notifications, request updates, and dashboard context stay accurate.

My Requests Help

My Requests is your place to create, save, submit, and follow up on requests with NaariDeals support or admins.

  • General Requests cover support, deal requests, feature requests, upgrade plan help, issue reports, and other account or app questions.
  • Business Requests cover vendor/business access and business workflow updates.
  • Draft means the request is saved but not submitted. Submitted means it was sent for review. In Review means an admin is working on it.
  • Waiting for User means NaariDeals needs more information from you. Open the request, read admin comments, and respond or update details.
  • Approved means the request was accepted. Rejected means it was declined with a reason when available. Cancelled means the request is no longer active.
  • Use Save to keep a draft, Submit to send it, and the request detail drawer to view timeline events and admin comments.

Business / Vendor Requests Help

Business Requests keep vendor and merchant workflows in the same request system as general support.

  • New Business Access is for starting access for a business that is not yet connected to your account.
  • Existing Business Access is for requesting access to a business already known to NaariDeals.
  • Business Profile Update is for changes to business details, contact information, location, or profile content.
  • Business Verification is for proof, review, or verification follow-up requested by NaariDeals.
  • Additional Store Request is for adding another location or store when supported.
  • After approval, eligible users can switch into the vendor or merchant dashboard from their profile/dashboard controls.

Saved Deals Help

Saved Deals helps you keep interesting offers in one place while you compare, plan, or wait for the right time.

  • Save a deal from deal cards or detail pages when a favorite or save action is available.
  • Open Saved Deals from the user dashboard or left navigation to review your shortlist.
  • Remove saved deals when they are no longer useful so your list stays clean.
  • A saved deals limit is not shown in the current user experience; if a limit is introduced, the page should display it.
  • Saved deals are useful for tracking expiring offers, comparing businesses, and returning quickly to deals you care about.

Notifications Help

Notifications keep you informed about request activity, admin updates, and important account or deal changes.

  • Use the bell icon in the header to preview recent notifications and unread counts.
  • Admin updates and request status changes may appear as notifications when available.
  • Email notifications may be sent if supported by your account and system settings.
  • Open the Notifications page to review updates in more detail.
  • Use mark-as-read actions when available to clear unread counts after you review an update.

Account & Profile Help

Your profile keeps your account information current and helps NaariDeals route updates to the right place.

  • Update profile details such as name, contact information, and account preferences from Profile or Settings.
  • If you are approved for vendor access, dashboard switch controls can move you between user and vendor/merchant dashboards.
  • Keep your email and phone number current so support and request updates reach you.
  • Use strong passwords and update your password if you suspect your account is at risk.
  • For activation, email, or login issues, create a Support request or use account support options.
FAQ

Common Questions

Why can’t I see my draft?

Drafts should appear by default in My Requests. If you changed filters, reset them or include Draft status in the Status filter.

What does Waiting for User mean?

An admin needs more information or an update from you. Open the request detail view, read the admin comment, and respond or update the request if the action is available.

Can I submit more than one business request?

Yes, when the workflow allows it. Use Business Requests for separate needs such as new access, profile updates, verification, or additional store requests.

How do I become a vendor?

Open Business Requests from My Requests or use the vendor entry point from your dashboard. Submit the required business details and wait for admin review.

Why was my request rejected?

Open the request detail drawer and look for the rejection reason or admin updates. If you need to try again, submit a corrected request with the missing information.

How do I contact support?

Use Create Support Request on this page or open My Requests and create a General Request with the Support subtype.

How do I update business information?

Open My Requests, choose Business Requests, and select Business Profile Update as the subtype.

Where do I see admin comments?

Open a request from My Requests. Admin comments appear in the request detail drawer under admin updates or timeline.

Can I delete submitted requests?

Submitted or in-review requests are usually not deleted directly. If supported, you may cancel them; otherwise contact support.

Why don’t I see Vendor Dashboard?

Vendor dashboard access appears only after the account has vendor/business capabilities. If approval is pending or rejected, continue from My Requests or Business Requests.
